The contents of every crate to be securely protected by plastic/vinyl sheets and tightly sealed.
Top and Bottom cover boards of every crate to be protected by rigid Plywood 3.0~5.0mm or rigid rejected MDF or P/B of minimum thickness 10.0mm
Four sides cover board of every crate to be securely protected by rigid Plywood 3.0~5.0mm or rigid rejected MDF or P/B of minimum thickness 7.0mm
All the four corners of every crate from inside should be protected by Cardboard/Carton Box Paper for corner protects.
Plastic Edge Protectors should be inserted at the corner of steel band inside total 28pcs.
Every crate to be palletized with minimum four wooden skids of minimum size 3” x 3” strong runner for forklift lifting
Every crate should be securely enforced by 19mm width strong steel straps 4 times in width wide x 3 times in length wide, Total 7 times straps per crate.
